Alan
Alan first came to the attention of Cat Crimes HQ following a series of increasingly unusual incidents involving seagulls along the Fylde Coast. While investigators initially believed the reports to be exaggerated, multiple independent sightings confirmed that Alan had developed an unhealthy obsession with pursuing unsuspecting seabirds.
The suspect has been observed sprinting across promenades, beaches and public spaces in pursuit of seagulls for reasons that remain unclear. Although no evidence suggests the birds are involved in organised criminal activity, Alan continues to insist they are "up to something."
"I'm telling you... they're plotting something!"
Despite repeated attempts to redirect his attention elsewhere, Alan has remained focused on his self-appointed mission. Several reports suggest he has even been transported considerable distances by seagulls, although investigators have been unable to verify exactly how this occurred.
Cat Crimes HQ considers Alan more of a public disturbance than a serious threat. Nevertheless, his unpredictable behaviour continues to attract attention wherever large groups of seagulls gather.
Investigators remain unconvinced by Alan's claims, although his determination to expose the alleged seagull conspiracy shows no sign of fading.
