No investigator has confirmed his true identity, and no verified photograph of his face has ever been recovered. Every reliable report ends the same way: Boss has disappeared before officers arrive.
Intelligence strongly suggests he founded the Kennel Syndicate and transformed a small network of loyal operatives into a highly disciplined organisation. However, no witness has ever confirmed meeting him directly, and no senior operative has been successfully linked to Boss.
